Walk up Columbus to 65th where it intersects with Broadway. Turn left. Entrance is on Broadway between 65th and 66th. Take the 1 UPTOWN one stop to 72nd street and transfer to the 2 or 3. Two stops to 110th street. 

Alternatively, continue walking up Broadway to 72nd and take the 2 or 3 UPTOWN two stops to 110th. Walk along 110th one block to 5th avenue and down to 103rd. You can also follow this same path inside the park. (It’s a prettier walk that way.)

It’s about a 30 min walk if you wanted to walk across and skip the bus.
